"The driver and the car were excellent, I could not praise him high enough.
The problem I have is with the booking process, I told you the pick up point, I told you the destination and I told you the time that the car was required. I accepted you price only to get an email the next day to say I had to pay the London Congestion Tax.
I do not object to paying this charge but it should have been included in the original quote as you knew the pick up address and the time and you knew that this charge applied to this booking."
